Musk Highlights Three Grok Bot Upgrades: Pages, Vault and Video
On October 27, Elon Musk quote-posted a SpaceXSI video by Matt Palmer that reviews the latest Grok Bot features. Three stand out: Pages, Vault and video creation. Pages lets a Bot build reports, memos and dashboards that are edited together or kept current over time, according to SpaceXSI's October 22 changelog. Vault, according to the October 23 release notes, stores logins, cards and contact info to complete sign-ins or checkouts; passwords and card numbers stay out of the Bot's view.…
- Pages arrived with the October 22 update, according to SpaceXSI's changelog.
- Vault stores logins and cards; passwords and card numbers stay out of the Bot's view.
- On iOS, the Bot can interact with Home, Reminders, Location, Contacts, Clock and Calendar.
🔎 Why it matters: Pages and Vault, released October 22 and 23, move Grok Bot from chat replies to documents maintained over time and saved credentials for real tasks.
📈 Upside: Pages lets the Bot keep reports and dashboards updated, instead of leaving longer work buried in the chat history.
📉 Risk: Vault relies on SpaceXSI's claim that passwords and card numbers stay out of the Bot's view, with no technical detail in the text.
