Informational content, not advice

Reviews, trips, scores and FSD Tracker data reflect our own experience and measurements with one specific vehicle. They are informational and are not technical, legal, safety, purchasing or financial advice.

Safety: Full Self-Driving (Supervised) requires an attentive driver with hands ready and eyes on the road. Do not imitate maneuvers you see here; always follow traffic law and Tesla’s instructions.

Data (autonomy percentage, interventions, routes) comes from third-party services such as Wattly and TeslaFi and may contain errors or omissions. It is provided “as is”, with no warranty of accuracy or availability.

News and third-party sources

The news section publishes short summaries, some AI-assisted and reviewed under our editorial policy, always linking to the original source. Rights in the original articles belong to their authors.

Intellectual property and trademarks

HgYperDrive’s own text, photos, video, graphics and data are protected by copyright. You may quote them briefly with attribution and a link; any other use requires written permission.

Tesla, Model Y, Full Self-Driving, Autopilot and their logos are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. HgYperDrive is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Other marks and logos (for example Amazon, Starlink, TeslaFi or Wattly) belong to their owners and are shown only to identify products or services.

Affiliate and referral links

Linked sites belong to third parties; we do not control their content or privacy practices.

Forms and newsletter

To send the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter you must separately accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We keep a pseudonymised record of that acceptance (which version, when and how) as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the forms for spam, impersonation or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to breach the site’s security or overload it (bulk scraping, automated attacks).
• Do not republish the content as your own.

If you believe any content infringes your rights, email [email protected] identifying the work, the URL on this site where it appears, your contact details and a good-faith statement. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HgYperDrive is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site, decisions made based on its content, or service unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction in Puerto Rico.

We may update these terms. The version and date appear above; material changes will be announced on this page. Each recorded acceptance is tied to the version in force at that moment.
