2023 Model 3 owner reports software update vanished during download

📍 Reddit Tesla FSD

Unconfirmed: A Tesla Model 3 owner from 2023 posted on Reddit that his vehicle offered him a software update on a Friday morning, with release notes mentioning FSD v14.3 lite and the Halloween emergency supercharger drive-away update. According to the user, after he started the download, when he checked its progress about an hour later the update had disappeared: nothing was installed and the car reports that its software is up to date. The post asks whether other users have experienced the same problem. The source text includes no confirmation from Tesla and no verified cases.

🔎 Why it matters: There is no official confirmation from Tesla: the case rests only on one 2023 Model 3 owner's account of an offer listing FSD v14.3 lite and the emergency supercharger drive-away update, which he says disappeared during download.
📈 Upside: Not applicable.
📉 Risk: If the download is lost without installing, the car would lack the features listed in the notes until the update is offered again.
