Nearly identical — and it improved with ambulances.
First drive from the Tesla Service Center to home. Aside from profile speed handling — I had to switch profiles myself to avoid a ticket — behavior felt practically the same as v14.3.4. Emergency-vehicle reading improved. The home speed bump still isn't detected, and I still haven't tried the left turn out of the house.

Better emergency-vehicle reading
Twice an ambulance came head-on in the opposite lane. The car detected it, made a slight move to the right, then corrected almost instantly once it recognized the ambulance was in a different lane, and kept going. In past versions it tended to try to get out of the way; this time it felt better calibrated.

Profile speed handling
Apart from this, behavior was nearly identical to v14.3.4. I had to switch profiles manually several times just to slow down around police and avoid a ticket — the car doesn't react to my radar detector.

Indecisive lane changes (even in Mad Max)
Several times, after changing lanes, it got stuck there until the car on the left let it back in — even with the profile set to Mad Max. It doesn't always make the right call to complete a lane change.

Home exit speed bump
As in every previous version, it still doesn't detect the speed bump on the way out of the house. No change here.

Left turn out of the house — still untested
I haven't taken the left turn out of the house yet with this version, but I don't feel confident it'll pull it off. To be confirmed on the next drive.
